Our aim by the end of the training is to help participants to be able to lead coaching processes independently, with the professional competences and ethics required by the ICF at PCC level.

We do not represent a school of thought, but follow and develop the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching competences and code of ethics.

PART OF THE FULL TIME COACH TRAINING

FULL TRAINING

Training prerequisite:
Higher education or 10 years of leadership experience

Training location:
Coaching Team Kft. – Budapest, 1027. Jurányi u. 10. 1/3

Duration of training:
11 weeks of classroom education + coaching process with 6 sessions in corporate environment, supported by our trainers and mentor coaches (3 months). + approx. 3 months PCC level exam preparation

A)
The ICF competences and the Code of Ethics are examined and developed in 80 hours over 4 months. Each days are dedicated to develop a coach competency and to process the most common coaching topics. In this part the ratio of the practice-theory is already 70%-30%.

B)
Then, for at least 6 hours over 4 months, students lead a complete coaching process at a company provided by the training institution (internship place). We are supporting the students with 21 hours of group supervision during this period.

C)
After this the preparation process for the PCC exam (mentoring, competence development) takes place approx. in 3 months. The training ends with a PCC level exam, upon successful completion of which we issue an ACTP level certificate to the students. It takes about 13 months to complete the full training.

min. 60 hours ICF-based coach training

Training location:
Coaching Team Kft. – Budapest, 1027. Jurányi u. 10. 1/3

Duration of training:
6 session real coaching processs practise in a corporate environment, supported by our trainers, accompanied by supervision and mentor coaching management (4 months)

This module is for those who want to gain real work experience in a corporate environment.
Over a period of 4 months, they will be able to complete a full coaching process in a company provided by the training institution (traineeship) for a minimum of 6 hours.
During the internship period, we will support the student with 21 hours of group supervision.

This module is for those who wish to participate in the PCC exam preparation process (mentoring, competency testing). Students will also receive feedback on the audio of a coaching session they have conducted.

The training will end with a PCC level exam.
