1. Data controller, data protection officer

The Data Manager is Coach Akadémia Ltd.

Coach Akadémia Ltd. did not appoint a Data Protection Officer because it did not conduct any data management activity that would have required it.

2. Legal basis or Purpose of Data Management

The legal basis for subscribing is your voluntary, contributory statement. The information given during the registration will be handled exclusively for newsletter sending purposes.

3. The range of data processed and the duration of data management
The personal data processed is the name, email address or phone number you entered during the registration.

We will handle the data from sign-up until it is unsubscribed. After unsubscribing, we retain the data for other purposes (compliance with legal requirements or contractual terms), but no further newsletter will be sent after unsubscription.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, in the newsletter, via a link. We would like to inform you that the withdrawal of the contribution does not affect the lawfulness of the data handling of the pre-withdrawal period.

We do not make automated decision-making on subscriptions or posted newsletters, and we do not collect personal information about you from third parties.

4. Personal recipients
The employees of Coach Akadémia Ltd. will only be able to access the data provided to fulfill their activities as a result of their duties only to the extent necessary. Personal data will not be forwarded to third parties.

An external expert was commissioned to operate the website and to provide the service of the server, who processed the data exclusively for Coach Akadémia Ltd. and in accordance with its definition.

This site uses Google Analytics and Adwords software, but only general statistics are shown on this basis, no statistics can be identified.

• You may at any time have the right to request informations from Coach Akadémia Ltd. about the personal informations we have about you in this manual and about the purpose, legal basis and duration of the data handling, and about who and for which purposes  have received  your information.
• You may at any time request Coach Akadémia to correct your inaccurate personal information or supplement your incomplete personal information.
• You may at any time request from our company that we provide the personal electronic data we provide to you or to any other general data user.
• You may at any time request Coach Akadémia Ltd. to restrict your data handling. In the case of limitation of data handling, Coach Akadémia Ltd. may only treat your personal data, with the sole purpose of submitting, enforcing or protecting your legal rights or protecting the rights of another person. You may request a restriction on the processing of personal data if:
• You dispute the accuracy of your personal data,
• the data handling is illegal, you are opposed to the deletion of personal data,
• Coach Akadémia Ltd. does not need personal data for data processing, but you have to limit your personal data to the submission, validation or protection of legal claims

Coach Akadémia informs you about the unblocking of data management prior to unlocking.

• You may at any time request Coach Akadémia Ltd. to delete your personal information. Coach Akadémia Ltd. will delete your personal information if

• your personal information was unlawfully handled
• Coach Akadémia Ltd. is obliged to cancel personal data to fulfill its legal obligation.

Coach Akadémia Ltd. investigates data management requests within a maximum of 30 days of submission, decides on its validity and informs the applicant in writing.
