We designed our group and team coach training along the International Coach Federation (ICF) team coaching framework, where participants can learn from 8 trainers.

In the 20-week program, students can master the essence of group and team coaching in 10 blocks (65 hours), with a strong emphasis on ICF competencies and ICF ethics. In addition to the beauties and challenges of coaching with groups and teams, we also work with the group coach identity during the training. The main methods of our training program are experiential learning and self-reflection. The program also includes 3 hours of individual mentoring.

The training is practice-oriented, and during the training days, students will have the opportunity to work with real cases and recognized coaches. In addition, the training includes 3 × 2 hours of practice with teams/ groups, accompanied by group and individual metoring.

The training ends with an exam, where each student has the opportunity to present their own team / group coaching process in 20 minutes, reflecting on their operation, intentions and identity as a coach.

Attending at least 75% of the classroom hours of the training and passing the exam, where the student demonstrates the ability to lead a group or team coaching process, processes it and learns from it in a self-reflective way.
